CauseKeepers offers a variety of assembly and kitting services for your products. Kitting can significantly reduce your order fulfillment fees if your shipping volume warrants it.
A kit is used to bundle products together into one product that can be ordered by your customers for a price you have determined and counts as one item in the order. Kits can be cases of a product that is sold total instead of separately. A Case Kit contains only one product in the case and would only count as one item in the order, which can be very cost effective for some merchants.

CauseKeepers has a complete array of warehouse services to assist with any size incoming shipment. We will receive your shipments at one of our 7 loading docks and proceed to inspect and check the inventory into your designated storage area of the CauseKeepers warehouse. Inventory levels are mutually established, and all inventory deliveries to CauseKeepers are carefully inspected for compliance to product specifications and correct quantities. Any discrepancies that are found are immediately reported and appropriate action is taken. We offer our customers security in a clean, dry, organized warehouse environment for your products. You pay only for the storage space that you use, per pallet section. We inventory your products in our current 60,000 square foot warehouse with more growth capacity if needed. Most products are placed on shelving units for ease of pulling orders. Our storage monthly minimum is priced very economically at only $25.00 per month. CauseKeepers warehouse is located in a secured remote location with Alarm systems securing all doors and windows. Only approved personnel are able to access the building through the security system. Receiving is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM.

Our packing capabilities include, but are not limited to box, crate, bubble-wrap, air bags, styro-foam lined boxes, peanut loose-fill, Foam-in-Place, wadded-paper, heat-sealing, shrink-wrapping, and banding. We go above the shipping carriers expectations to make sure orders are packed properly and arrive undamaged. Many other fulfillment houses will not handle fragile items, or will require custom engineered containers that you must provide, we do not have these limitations and are comfortable shipping fragile items with the proper packing. We will analyze your product and help you determine the best protection for the item. The requirements for packing glass items are much different than those needs of an author or publisher requesting pick and pack services for books. We will design an inexpensive and secure program specifically catered to your needs.

Orders received by 3:00 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday are shipped the same day. International packages or special USPS packages that we have agreed to accommodate are processed and shipped the next business day. Holiday schedules and weather delays for the shipping companies may cause deviation from our normal process.

CauseKeepers has partnerships with major carriers, and we work with you to determine the best shipping option. We offer shipping services for domestic and international delivery via FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
We provide individual tracking of shipped items via the carrier. We send order confirmation e-mails to you and your customers. This confirmation will include tracking information, the date shipped, and a link to track it.
Our shipping discounts are based on very detailed formulas involving rolling averages and revenue volume. Our business model enables us to know at the time the package ships out of our dock what your charges are for shipping your orders and this can be viewed in easy to follow reporting provided by CauseKeepers. |
