We operate state-of-the-art Tajima Embroidery machines, Roland cutting equipment and Versacam digital printers. Our equipment is regularly and professionally maintained to provide us with optimum quality, reliability, and flexibility. We produce embroidery, digital print transfer, appliqué, and a wide variety of mixed media applications that make your products stand out creatively. We are passionate about our embroidery. Our North Carolina and Florida facilities are staffed with professional, experienced machine operators and quality controllers, most with greater than 10 years of embroidery experience. Our team also includes in-house digital artist and embroidery digitizers whose skills bring art, engineering, and technology together in creating and programming the very best custom embroidered results for your logos. Most logos we receive were originally designed for printing on letterhead or business cards. Printing is a much more flexible medium than embroidery. In print, letters can be much smaller and colors can be blended more intricately than in embroidery. Embroidery, however, has the advantage of being three-dimensional; it has texture, as well as length and width. Embroidered logos have character, durability, and look fantastic when done properly. Because we frequently receive logos designed primarily for printing and convert them to embroidery, we often need to "tweak" a logo to achieve the best results for embroidery. We do not charge for that. It's just our way of making sure that your embroidered logo looks good. Our seasoned Logo Specialists will work with you to convert your printed logo into an embroidered masterpiece.

We digitize designs with final production in mind and strive to create designs which will run smoothly on the machine with minimal thread breakage, thus increasing sewing productivity.
To ensure quality, we sew out each design until we are convinced of its efficient sew ability before we send the digitized file to you. We also offer you the image of the sew out for each design that you send us.
We know that embroidery work can be quite demanding. While quality is our highest priority, timely delivery of our finished product is important to us also. Our services also include vector artwork creation and conversion. We can convert logo to vector format, or create high resolution vector artwork from low resolution art files, which can be used for screen printing, digital printing, vinyl plotting or any other sort of promotional or personal printing.
