CauseKeepers, Inc. Return Policy While CauseKeepers takes great pride in providing a superior product to its customers, we recognize there are circumstances in which a return is necessary. No returns will be accepted without obtaining a return authorization number. Items must be returned in undamaged, re-sellable condition. Returns must be made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of your order. All sales are final after fifteen (15) days of receipt of your order. Your purchase price will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee.

If the return is due to a CauseKeepers error CauseKeepers will establish a pickup and will pay for return shipping. If the return is not due to a CauseKeepers error then the customer will pay for return shipping in addition to a 25% restocking fee.

Exchanges are at CauseKeepers’ discretion.

Please follow the steps below to ensure your transaction is handled properly:

(1) Please call 1-877-735-2974 to obtain a return authorization number.

(2) Pack your returns carefully to ensure that they are not damaged in transit. We recommend shipping via UPS or insured mail. We also suggest you keep a copy of the shipping receipt for your records.

(3) Ship returns to: CauseKeepers, Inc. Attn: Returns 107 Weatherly Square Ramseur, NC 27316

(4) Include the following information: Name Shipping Address Telephone Number E-mail Address Invoice Number Return Authorization Number Refunds will be processed once your return is fully received into our system.

Orders paid via check or money order will be refunded via CauseKeepers check. Orders paid using a credit card will be refunded via credit card credit.

NOTE: It normally takes two – ten business days for financial institutions to process credit card transactions once we have authorized the credit.

The following exclusions apply:

(1) No refunds are given for late arrival caused by factors outside of CauseKeepers’ control.

(2) No partial orders will be accepted for refund.
