Shipping & Returns While CauseKeepers, Inc. takes great pride in providing a superior product to its customers, we recognize there are circumstances in which a return is necessary. No returns will be accepted without obtaining a return authorization number. Items must be returned in undamaged, re-sellable condition. Returns must be made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of your order. All sales are final after fifteen (15) days of receipt of your order. Your purchase price will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee. If the return is due to a CauseKeepers, Inc. error, CauseKeepers, Inc. will establish a pickup and will pay for return shipping. Orders paid via check or money order will be refunded via CauseKeepers, Inc. check. Orders paid using a credit card will be refunded via credit card credit.
